Such a glorious September afternoon to make the drive down to Gastonia for a wedding ceremony! The sanctuary of Landmark Baptist Church was beautifully decorated with pretty flowers, peacock feathers and draped tulle. A big congratulations to the bride and groom as they start their married life together!
For their big day, this couple was hoping to create a classic atmosphere, but wanted to add individuality to their wedding by using songs other than the commonly requested standards. The classical music selected fit their wishes to a T!
Pre-Ceremony Music ~ All classical music, and included a few of their specially picked favorites: Prelude in C (Bach), Claire de Lune (Debussy), Arioso (Bach)
Seating of Grandparents and Mothers ~ Air on A G String (Bach)
Attendant’s Processional ~ Waltz from Swan Lake (Tchaikovsky)
Bridal Processional ~ Bridal Chorus from Lohengrin (Wagner)
Unity Cross Ceremony ~ Le Cygne (Saint-Saens)
Recessional ~ “Aquarium” from Carnival of the Animals (Saint-Saens)
