Honored to be invited back again this year to play for the Donor Memorial Event with RTI Donor Services. This is such a special event to be part of, and its so touching to hear each family share about their loved one. One Ocean Resort had just the right atmosphere for the day.

So thankful for families who, even in the most difficult times, are generously willing to help save or improve the life of another through organ and tissue donation!

This event was so special to be a part of! RTI Donor Services is a non profit, accredited tissue bank, working with donor and donor recipient families. Each year they put on a beautiful time of remembering loved ones for the donor families, and I was invited to play harp music during the event.

The first half was an open house, before a program where each family was called by name to light a candle and say a few words about their loved one. Pictured here is the table of candles, as well as several memorial quilts with the names and photos of some of the donors.

I was honored to play music for these families who have lost so much, but at the same time blessed another family in an indescribable way.
