What an absolutely PERFECT day for a rooftop wedding at The White Room! I play at this venue often, and the view never gets old…. check out those blue skies!!

With a Pi Day wedding date (3.14), this couple wanted their music theme to be “nerd chic” 🙂 Great song choices:

~ Guest Seating – All My Loving (Beatles), I Won’t Give Up (Jason Mraz), A Thousand Years (Chrstina Perri)

~ Honored Guests & Bridal Party – With A Little Help From My Friends (Beatles)

~ Bride’s Entrance – Song of Fire & Ice (Game of Thrones Theme)

~ Recessional – Marry You (Bruno Mars) and Bohemian Rhapsody (Queen)

It’s always a delight to play at the Treasury in downtown St. Augustine! Built and used as a bank in 1926, this building is our city’s first and only skyscraper. I play here often, and its always gorgeous!!

The bride and groom chose these songs for the big day:

~ Guest Seating – A Whole New World, A Thousand Years, Come What May (from Moulin Rouge), and Beauty and the Beast

~ Honored Guests & Bridal Party – The Prayer

~ Bride’s Entrance – Angel of Music (from Phantom of the Opera)

Beautiful wedding on the lawn at the Castillo! What a fabulous setting for vows, and so great to be able to play music at one of St. Augustine’s most notable landmarks.

The bride & groom had such sweet music requests for their special ceremony with family and closest of friends:

~ Bridal Party Entrance – All You Need Is Love (Beatles)

A beautiful Christmas wedding at St. Mark’s! I always love to play in historic places, and this church was built in the 1850’s. Bonus history lesson for you….one of its founding members was the first governor of Florida, and it was occupied by Union soldiers during the civil war.

For my part in the ceremony, I played during guest seating and for the bridal party entrance. The rest of the music was done on the church’s stately pipe organ.

Prelude ~ Arioso (Bach), Jesu Joy of Man’s Desiring (Bach), Butterfly Waltz (Brian Crain)

Bridal Party Entrance ~ Canon in D (Pachelbel)

Got to play at the River House here in St. Augy this weekend! Such a gorgeous venue overlooking the water ♥

This event was a wedding cocktail hour, so I got to play  for about an hour on the veranda with a great view….if you look closely you can spot the light house 🙂

Ancient City Baptist Church

A beautiful Christmas wedding at Ancient City Baptist in downtown St. Augustine! The church dates back to the 1800’s, and is such a lovely place to say ‘I Do’.

For this ceremony I played the prelude and first processionals, and a guitarist did the rest:

Prelude ~ A mix of classical and modern love songs at the bride & groom’s request: Butterfly Waltz (Brian Crain), God Gave Me You (Dave Barnes), Beloved (Kari Jobe), Prelude in C (Bach)

Grandparents’ and Mothers’ Entrance ~ Morning Has Broken (Hymn)

Bridal Party’s Entrance ~ Beautiful Things (Gungor)

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club – My Gentle Harp

This was an absolutely gorgeous spot for wedding vows – the Oceanfront Courtyard at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club. In my opinion, a spectacular view of the Atlantic always makes for a perfect backdrop 🙂

Here’s what I played, which included a few songs to celebrate the couple’s Indian heritage:

Prelude ~ A Thousand Years (Christina Perri), River Flows In You (Yiruma), Nenjukulle

Entrance for Parents & Bridal Party ~ Canon In D (Pachelbel)

Bride’s Entrance ~ Hoppipolla (Sigur Ros)

Recessional ~ Wedding March (Mendelssohn)
